Products & Scope of Supply
Vietcore Materials supplies architectural materials and custom products for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, including but not limited to concrete-based products, furniture, sinks, planters, tiles, breeze blocks, and SPC flooring.
All products are supplied for architectural and construction use only unless otherwise stated.
Product specifications, finishes, dimensions, colors, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Images, Samples, Color & Material Variation
All images, renderings, lifestyle photography, photobooks, catalogs, and samples provided by Vietcore Materials are representative only.
Due to the nature of architectural materials—particularly concrete, cement-based products, textured surfaces, and natural finishes—variations in color, tone, texture, pattern, veining, and surface appearance are inherent and expected.
The following factors may cause differences between samples, photographs, and delivered products:
- Lighting conditions during photography. • Camera settings and color calibration
- Print variations in photobooks or catalogs • Batch production differences
- Natural material characteristics • Installation environment and surrounding finishes
Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for rejection, return, exchange, or claim.
Made-to-Order & Custom Orders
Most products supplied by Vietcore Materials are produced on a made-to-order basis.
All made-to-order and custom products are governed by our Made-to-Order Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
All custom and made-to-order orders are final sale.
Once production has commenced, orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all specifications prior to production, including:
- Dimensions and quantities • Finishes and textures
- Color selections • Application (interior / exterior) • Installation requirements
Pricing & Quotes
All prices, quotes, and estimates are valid only for the period stated in writing.
Quotes do not constitute a binding agreement until confirmed in writing by Vietcore Materials.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Custom finishes or revisions • Design or specification changes
- Expedited production • Shipping, handling, duties, taxes, or storage
Production Lead Times & Delivery
Production and delivery lead times are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing capacity, order volume, shipping method, destination, or external factors.
Vietcore Materials is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Manufacturers or suppliers • Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance • Labor issues
- Force majeure events • Circumstances beyond reasonable control
Inspection, Damages & Claims
Clients must inspect all products immediately upon delivery.
Any claims for shipping damage, visible defects, or shortages must be reported within the timeframe stated on delivery documentation.
Damage resulting from:
- Improper installation • Incorrect handling
- Misuse • Site conditions • Environmental exposure
is not covered and will not be accepted as a claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, images, drawings, specifications, catalogs, and branding—is the property of Vietcore Materials or its partners and is protected under U.S. intellectual property laws.
Custom designs, drawings, and specifications remain the intellectual property of Vietcore Materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, Vietcore Materials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, products supplied, or project outcomes.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
