MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Scope of Made-to-Order Products

All custom orders placed with Vietcore Materials are produced on a made-to-order basis.
This means products are manufactured specifically according to approved project specifications, drawings, dimensions, finishes, and quantities provided by the client.
Because each custom order is uniquely produced for an individual project, it differs from standard stocked or off-the-shelf products.

Final Sale Policy
All made-to-order products are final sale.
Custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced.
This policy applies to all custom materials, including but not limited to:
• Architectural concrete products
• Custom furniture and fixtures
• Sinks, planters, tiles, breeze blocks
• Wood-look SPC flooring
• Any product manufactured to custom specifications

Design Approval & Client Responsibility

Prior to production, clients are required to review and approve all relevant specifications, including:
• Dimensions and proportions
• Material finishes and textures
• Color selections and samples (where applicable)
• Quantities and batching requirements
Final approval confirms acceptance of the product specifications.
Vietcore Materials is not responsible for changes requested after approval.

Production Lead Times

Made-to-order products require dedicated production scheduling.
Estimated lead times will be communicated prior to order confirmation and may vary depending on:
• Product type and complexity
• Order volume
• Manufacturing capacity
• Shipping method and destination
Lead times are estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated in writing.

Natural Material Variation

Many architectural materials supplied by Vietcore Materials – including concrete, cement-based products, and textured surfaces – may exhibit natural variations in color, tone, texture, and pattern.
Such variations are considered inherent characteristics of the material and do not constitute defects.

Damages & Claims

Clients are required to inspect products upon delivery.
Any claims for shipping damage or shortages must be reported within the timeframe specified in the delivery documentation.
Damage resulting from installation, improper handling, or site conditions is not covered.

Compliance with U.S. Trade Practices

This Made-to-Order Policy is structured to align with:
• U.S. commercial trade standards
• Industry practices within architecture, construction, and materials supply
• Applicable consumer and business-to-business transaction norms

Acknowledgment

By placing a custom order with Vietcore Materials, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Made-to-Order Policy.
